Fog sulfur recovery unit

SRD is a sulfur mist recovery device. The tail gas containing sulfur vapor from the liquid sulfur storage tank and the molten sulfur system enters the processor through the exhaust hole, cools to form sulfur mist, and the sulfur mist adheres to the surface of the collection plate through the high-efficiency coalescence collector. Air is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust hole. The sulfur mist recovery device automatically introduces low-pressure heating steam. After the sulfur powder melts into liquid sulfur, it falls back into the liquid sulfur storage tank. Form a recycling cycle. It can handle over 95% of sulfur vapor and sulfur mist in exhaust gas. The entire process requires no human intervention and operates fully automatically. Made of 904 corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The device operates stably and reliably, adapting to various changes in liquid sulfur working conditions and ensuring that the system can operate efficiently under different loads.

The SRD- series sulfur mist recovery device is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and requires no maintenance throughout its entire life cycle. It mainly addresses the recovery of naturally volatilized and sublimated sulfur from liquid sulfur storage. It effectively captures sulfur vapor and condenses it into solid sulfur, which is then returned to the liquid sulfur storage tank, preventing pipeline crystallization blockage and environmental pollution. The device is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system to ensure stable condensation efficiency and a recovery purity of over 99.5%. The modular design facilitates expansion and integration, and is suitable for both continuous and intermittent working conditions. It is widely used in sulfuric acid production from sulfur and flue gas treatment systems, helping enterprises achieve resource recycling and ultra-low emission goals.
