The valve core of the LZV series bell jar valve is made of Y-shaped castable refractory material, which can prevent the refractory castable from falling off for a long time. The valve core adopts an equal percentage flow characteristic, which can precisely control the inlet temperature of a section of flue gas, with high regulation sensitivity. It is equipped with an imported multi-turn electric actuator to automatically control the inlet temperature of a section of flue gas.

The valve core wrench is made of 310S steel plate, which is cut into a Y shape and welded onto the valve core cover, and then refractory castable is poured. To reduce the friction of the original valve core vibration on the packing, the valve core is designed with a conical parabolic shape to minimize the influence of eddy currents on the valve core vibration. The packing seal is achieved by introducing a DN25 pipe to the air pipe from the drying tower to the sulfur burning furnace for positive pressure sealing. Its structure is the same as that of the packing seal of a centrifugal pump. It has effectively solved problems such as the shedding of refractory castings for valve cores, valve core vibration, packing leakage, and internal leakage of valve cores.
