- Operating Principle
This analyzer has been successfully developed based on the latest theoretical physics achievement, the principle of tunable diode laser spectral absorption technology. The tunable diode laser spectral absorption technology mainly refers to the interaction between electromagnetic radiation and atoms and molecules, which is the basis for spectral remote sensing detection of pollutant components and characteristics. The concentration of trace gas components in the environment is retrieved based on their characteristic absorption properties in ultraviolet, visible and infrared spectra. Tunable diode laser spectral absorption technology, as a type of optical remote sensing method, replaces the sampling cell in traditional laboratories with a longer optical path. It uses the transmission spectrum of the laser beam to detect that even if the beam is incident from one side of the gas to be measured and passes through the contaminated gas, it is received by the detector at the other end. The on-site online acid mist analyzer ingeniously emits a laser beam through a high-transmittance optical fiber and projects it onto the surface of the receiving end of the high-transmittance optical fiber that is paired with it. The optical signal is received by the receiver through the optical fiber, and the high-speed central processing unit with an integrated design of the laser transmitter and receiver realizes the online high-speed and precise analysis of the acid mist concentration. The application of the condenser convex mirror in front of the optical fiber at the receiving end greatly enhances the efficiency of optical signal reception, and at the same time provides a high-voltage and corrosion-resistant shielded optical window for optical signal reception.
