The BWS- series boiler water quality comprehensive analysis system is a set of fully automatic water quality analysis system customized and developed by Lizhenglai Technology in accordance with the characteristics of the boiler system in the sulfur-to-acid plant and the national standards for chemical water analysis.

This system is equipped with a proprietary sampling cooler and pressure reducing device to ensure that high-temperature and high-pressure water samples are stably reduced to the appropriate detection range. And it is assigned to each analysis unit for real-time detection to avoid errors caused by manual intervention. The system adopts anti-corrosion materials and a modular structure, which is convenient for maintenance and expansion. Reserve manual sampling ports for easy comparison and verification. The system supports 4-20mA and bus communication protocols, and can be connected to the entire plant's DCS system to achieve centralized data management and remote monitoring. Equipped with an intelligent diagnostic function, it can automatically identify sensor faults and issue alarms to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the system.

The operation interface adopts a touch screen design, which intuitively displays the historical curves and trend analysis of various parameters. It supports multi-level permission management to ensure data security. This system also offers an automatic control function for phosphate ions, which can be linked with the phosphate ion dosing pump to achieve precise dosing and closed-loop control, avoiding deviations in manual adjustment. Dynamically adjust the dosage of chemicals in combination with the changing trend of water quality to ensure that the phosphate concentration in the boiler water remains stable within the ideal range, effectively inhibiting calcium and magnesium scaling and reducing the risk of steam carry-over. By optimizing the pollutant discharge cycle through intelligent algorithms, the loss of effective heat is reduced, the energy efficiency level is further enhanced, and it helps enterprises achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
