The furnace water sampling cooler adopts an internal circulation cooling liquid cooling method, featuring highly efficient heat exchange performance. It ensures that after the high-temperature medium undergoes multi-stage pressure reduction and thorough cooling, the outlet sample water temperature remains stably below 40℃. The device integrates a safety pressure relief valve, a filter and a flow regulating valve to ensure a continuous and stable sampling process and meet the monitoring requirements of online instruments. All interfaces are connected by flanges in accordance with the PN100 standard. The entire machine is made of 316 material, featuring excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for the boiler sampling working conditions. The cooling device adopts a skid-mounted design, which is convenient for on-site installation and maintenance. The overall structure is compact and space-saving. The coolant selected is an environmentally friendly solution with low electrical conductivity and high boiling point, effectively avoiding the risks of high-temperature vaporization and electrochemical corrosion. The multi-stage spiral coil heat exchanger adopts counter-flow arrangement, which significantly enhances the heat exchange efficiency and ensures that the sample water can be stably cooled under different loads. The device is equipped with an intelligent temperature control module that monitors the outlet water temperature in real time and automatically adjusts the circulation flow of the coolant to ensure a constant cooling effect even when the working conditions fluctuate. All sampling pipelines are precisely welded into shape to eliminate the risk of leakage. Completely solve the problem of scale formation inside the boiler sampling cooler, effectively avoid the risk of control failure caused by damage to the measuring instrument due to high temperature and inaccurate measurement, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler. The whole machine is equipped with an adaptive intelligent control system, which can automatically optimize the cooling parameters according to the temperature and pressure changes of different sampling media, ensuring that the cooling effect is always in the best state under all working conditions.
