- Designed for moisture measurement in sulfuric acid plants
The sensor design is suitable for various working environments at the inlet and outlet of the drying tower, and it can be installed in place on the pipeline or in the drainage flow pool, which is convenient for on-site operation, installation, maintenance and repair. A stainless steel mesh filter (with a sieve hole size of 12 µm) is installed at the sensor position to effectively prevent dust and acid mists in the air and the air behind the tower. The sensor is equipped with a built-in heating function to eliminate harmful acidic substances, thereby extending the sensor's service life. This function can be initiated manually or by a program at set intervals.
