Sulfuric acid cooled sealed sampler

The sulfuric acid cooled closed sampler is specially designed to solve the safety and environmental protection problems of sampling high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid in the process of waste heat recovery. It ensures that the sampling process is free of leakage, pollution and safety risks, and can operate stably for a long time under extreme working conditions. The sampler is equipped with an efficient heat exchange module to quickly cool the high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid to a safe temperature. Combined with a pressure self-balancing system, it ensures a smooth and controllable sampling process. The cold source is an internal circulating coolant, eliminating the need for an external cooling water system and avoiding the risks of water resource waste and pollution caused by traditional cooling methods.

The entire sampling process takes place in a completely sealed loop. Through multiple sealing structures and an automatic pressure relief protection mechanism, it ensures that the high-temperature and highly corrosive sulfuric acid does not come into contact with the outside world during the cooling and sampling process. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent temperature control module that monitors the temperature of the acid solution in real time and dynamically adjusts the cooling rate to ensure the representativeness of the sample and operational safety. All wet contact components are made of high-purity polytetrafluoroethylene and Hastelloy, which can withstand strong corrosive environments with concentrated sulfuric acid, have a long service life and are easy to maintain.
