Non-contacting sensor

AS118 sensor suitable for measuring the 0 ~ 27% and 96 ~ 100% concentration sulfuric acid, within the scope of also can be used to measure the concentration of alkali and salt solution. Its measurement range can reach up to 1 to 20,000 ms /cm, making it particularly suitable for the concentration determination of concentrated sulfuric acid and solutions prone to crystallization and clogging in high-temperature environments. This sensor is designed based on the principle of electromagnetic induction and consists of a pair of electromagnetic coils. During the measurement process, complete isolation is achieved between the sensing element and the medium being measured. In this pair of coils, one serves as the transmitter and the other as the receiver. When the coil is energized, the conductivity of the electrolyte solution will generate an induced current, and the intensity of this current is directly proportional to the conductivity of the sulfuric acid. The receiver coil then detects the magnitude of this current and subsequently calculates the conductivity value of the sulfuric acid.
