Function Introduction
Our company has newly launched the "Conversion Analysis" function, which is specifically designed for precise evaluation of the operational efficiency of the conversion device. In the "Data Input" section, users can select either a four-stage or a five-stage conversion mode based on the actual process conditions, and input the gas concentration at each stage. The system will then calculate the conversion rate for each stage using professional formulas with high accuracy. In the "Analysis Results" section, you will receive clear numerical results and trend charts, which comprehensively present the conversion efficiency of each stage and the health status of each layer of the conversion device. In the "Generate Report" section, a structured detection report can be generated - covering key information such as measurement units, detection location, device operation conditions, process flow, and device load, and allowing the detection personnel to add professional suggestions to form a complete and traceable detection loop.
It is worth noting that the generated detection report includes:
· A structured table that clearly displays three core data columns - "Conversion Stage Name", "Gas Concentration Output", and "Conversion Rate";
· A detailed curve chart of gas concentration conversion is generated simultaneously, which is highly consistent with the trend chart provided by the gas chromatography analyzer, facilitating horizontal comparison and in-depth diagnosis, and comprehensively reflecting the health operation status of each layer of the conversion device.
In addition, the "Conversion Analysis" function supports saving up to 10 historical records and allows data coverage, allowing you to replicate historical operations and provide a basis for each detection. This enables continuous optimization of process operation and keeps your conversion device in the best operating condition!

Our self-developed OTS simulation system takes into account the usage needs of both novice and experienced operators: the interface is simple and intuitive, facilitating quick learning; the left side provides real-time operation steps guidance, and the top displays the current operation stage simultaneously, allowing for clear grasp of the process progress throughout; different media inside the pipeline are precisely distinguished by color and bold style; clicking on valves or PID points can bring up the operation panel, supporting opening degree adjustment, switch control, and automatic/manual switching for real operations. While highly replicating the on-site working conditions, the system achieves seamless data connection between multiple interfaces, ensuring that the simulation logic is consistent with the actual process.
