The Joyful Association officially began at 2:00 p.m. that day and concluded at 5:00 p.m. To achieve the best results, the host and the performers from various departments had already entered the "preparation mode" early: in the morning, they dressed up carefully on their own and arrived at the venue with their families in advance, completing the registration, receiving the coupons and souvenirs in an orderly manner, and also interacting warmly with the god of wealth on the spot and taking photos to commemorate the moment, capturing a series of warm and interesting scenes and unlocking the festive atmosphere of the New Year in advance.

Before the annual meeting began, the venue played a loop of the New Year greetings and New Year wishes recorded by all the employees of Li Zhenglai. The cheerful melody and festive lyrics conveyed the joy of the New Year to everyone present. After the "Hot Field" song ended, the core part of the New Year's Joyful Gathering officially began. This joyous event was divided into four rounds. Each round was meticulously designed with game interactions, departmental program performances, individual talent shows, and a lottery section, achieving a balance between work and rest and being full of fun, allowing every attendee to fully participate and gain a lot.

This celebration event has meticulously planned 7 fun games. To encourage more family members and employees to participate, the staff ensured that all attendees joined the WeChat group before the games began. The contestants were determined through a red envelope competition, with the number of red envelopes precisely matching the number of participants in the games. It was both fair and enjoyable. The rules of the game are very simple: The contestants will put their underpants on below their knees. The contestant who successfully completes the action within the specified time will win. If the contestant finishes early, they can raise their hand to indicate for a check. If the check is passed, the winner can be directly determined.

As the music started, the contestants all showed their unique skills, using every possible means to make the flower pants move and climb along with their bodies. Some of the participants unfortunately encountered a bottleneck, with the flower pants stuck at the knee and unable to move. In a moment of inspiration, they cleverly used the friction with the carpet to slowly raise their position. Each movement was full of fun, and it also brought pure happiness to the on-site viewers.

Game Two: "Disc Pulling Contest"

This is a competition that tests the strength and flexibility of the waist! The game rules are as follows: two people compete in pairs. The contestants will wear the rainbow circles around their waists, place the discs in the center of the rainbow circles, and by twisting their waists, adjust the rotation direction of the rainbow circles. Within the specified time, the contestant who rotates the disc to the opponent's area wins.

The two contestants participating in this round were both experts in "lower body strength". As soon as the game began, the two quickly mastered the techniques and flexibly adjusted the shaking direction of the rainbow circle. The disc moved rapidly between the two of them, and the situation changed rapidly. When the disc gradually approached one of the contestants, the audience held their breath, thinking that the outcome was already decided. Unexpectedly, the contestant in the disadvantageous position promptly adjusted the rhythm and direction of their exertion, successfully reversing the situation and gradually pushing the disc towards the opponent's area. Everyone was still unable to fully enjoy themselves and finally, based on the area where the disc stayed, the winner of this round of the game was determined.

After the intense and exciting games, there is a healing and wonderful departmental program performance, bringing a different audio-visual experience to the audience on site. This celebration concert has set specific themes for each department, precisely matching the team spirit of each department: Production Department - Youth, Comprehensive Department - Enthusiasm, Digital Sulfur Department - Dreams, Sales Department - Struggle. Each department carefully selects or arranges programs around the specific theme, and every program embodies the team's efforts and creativity, showcasing the diverse charm of Li Zhenlai. This Spring Festival celebration event has set up four rounds of lottery draws, namely the third prize, the second prize, the first prize, and the special prize. Every lottery draw is filled with anticipation and surprise, adding more joy and suspense to the scene and carrying the New Year greetings from Li Shizai to all employees and their families.
